Install Quantum Vault app on your new device.
Configure the backup location via Controls > Backup & Restore.
Once connected, your backups will appear in the Backup History section. Select "Restore" on the desired backup.
Uninstalling deletes everything by default but you can choose to retain the data while uninstalling.
If you chose to retain data, just reinstall the app and the app will work as usual.
Otherwise after app reinstall, you can restore from a backup and that will require your old 24-word recovery key.
